How much does it cost to clean your patio or driveway?

Hey everyone, I hope you’re having a great week! I’ll get straight to it… Your time is valuable. Let’s not waste it! Below details all the sections i will cover and if you’re looking for the cost to clean your patio or driveway then the 1st section is the one for you.

I have added a few other sections so that you can see why we quote the way we do and how a professional will do it compared to DIY!

This article will cover:

  1. What is the cost of getting your patio or driveway cleaned?
  2. The way our price is quoted and why.
  3. How a professional will do it compared to you doing it yourself.

I start with the most important thing: we all work hard for our money.

1. What is the cost of getting your patio or driveway cleaned?

Looking around, I see most people will recommend having a free-of-charge quote done.

Some had a minimum charge with extras added, i.e., £200 minimum, then re-pointing and re-bedding are charged separately, and the cleaning will depend on the size and how many spots staining need to be treated.

Our minimum charge is £800, including VAT however, we also highly recommend that you have a free-of-charge quote from our specialist technician.

2. The way our price is quoted to clean your driveway and why.

Usually, one of our office team will get an email or a call and advise you to have a free-of-charge quote.

Our minimum charge is for one technician for a whole day. The cost will depend on any extras they may need to do and how large the driveway is.

If you have a small driveway, this will seem like a high price. However, if you could include your patio, the price starts to seem much less. This is why we always recommend a quote.

Our techs won’t advise you wrong and if possible they

3. How a professional will do it compared to you doing it yourself.

If we do the job:

If we go to a job and it’s a small driveway or patio, and we finish at 12, we won’t send our specialist technician to another job as driveway cleaning isn’t the cleanest job.

We like all our customers to have the best experience; how we look when we turn up is part of that outstanding service.

Come with nearly 18 years of experience and an abundance of knowledge.

Using eco-friendly products and equipment means doing as much as possible for the environment.

You would have a specialist technician attend who is fully trained and up to date.

We have two processes:

  • Clean, sand and seal
  • Clean, point and seal

Our specialist cleaning vehicle:

  • Can process a large volume of water
  • Heats the water
  • Mixes just the right product for the job
  • Delivers a fantastic cleaning result

We would also clear and put back any of the obstacles on the driveway if we could.

Below is a video showing how we do the cleaning of your driveways or patios:

If you do this yourself:

  • You would be using your spare time after working hard all week.
  • You would have to move all obstacles.
  • You would be the one getting dirty.
  • You would have to research how to clean properly without damage to your surroundings.
  • You would have to obtain the right products.4
